A dog dartboard is drawn upon the field with in the middle a bullseye with a diameter of 50 cm and a value of 100 points.
- The second circle has a diameter of 2 meters and a value of 50 points
- The third circle has a diameter of 4 meters and a value of 30 points
- The fourth circle has a diameter of 7,5 meters and a value of 10 points
The throwing distance is respectively 15 meters for starters and 20 meters for advance measured from the outer circle.
The points will only be counted if the dog catches the frisbee inside the zone in which he lands with his front paws.
If the dog lands in two different zones, the zone with the lowest value will be counted. Exception is the bullseye, in this zone one front paw is sufficient.
Each team (one dog, one handler) will have 3 throws per round from a throwing area of 2,5 x 2,5 meters, within a timelaps of 60 seconds.
The time will start running at the time the handler steps into the throwing area. The handler is not allowed to leave the throwing area during their tossing round. If the handler steps outside the throwing area during the round, it will lead to disqualification of the round and the handler will loose the points won during this round.
Bonus points: if a team manages to catch 3 throws during a certain time in the dart board, bonus points can be won.
0 – 30 seconds: 50 bonus points
The last throw must be caught inside the time set.
We will play 3 rounds of one minute.
If there is a tie , a shoot-out will be played by throwing one frisbee until there is a winner.
All dog-friendly frisbees can be used.
